If you’re looking for Glades County FL arrest warrants, there are a few things that you should understand about Florida arrest warrant laws before proceeding. First, regardless of the county of origin of the arrest warrant, these warrants apply across the state.

This means that if an individual has an active Glades County arrest warrant and they flee to another county, they can still be arrested. The second is that an active warrant is an extension of the authority of the state of Florida to apprehend and bring into custody the person named on the warrant. A warrant is, therefore, not an indication of guilt.

You can read the arrest warrant laws of Florida at the Florida Bar Association website at floridabar.org.

There are two good ways to search for arrest warrants of Glades County. The first is to contact the sheriff of Glades County and make a direct inquiry. Although appearing at the station in person can result in an arrest, it is the only way to know if there is an active arrest warrant. You can find the Glades County Sheriffs Office at 1297 East State Road 78, in Moore Haven, FL. You can also find a page on their website dedicated to arresting warrants at gladessheriff.org.

The second method is to search for Wanted Persons at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement website at pas.fdle.state.fl.us. You can search for Glades County criminal history records at web.fdle.state.fl.us.
